About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our accounting practice in Sleaford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, managing a team of accountants, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives and projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting expectations.
  • Manage workflow and align it with key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members and colleagues.
  • Represent the firm at networking events and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients.

Requirements
  • FCCA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification.
