Job Title: Sous Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Monitor food costs, inventory, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Proven track record of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
