About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our global brokerage team as an Insurance Account Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing accounts in an efficient and flexible manner, supporting your peers to meet client demands and achieve both renewal retention and growth rates.

As a Risk Management Specialist, you will be the architect of protection, safeguarding businesses and empowering their ambitions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control the renewal process for clients, gathering information and communicating effectively to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintain and grow your book of business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, using sound judgment to recommend solutions.
  • Openly discuss renewal terms with customers, seeking alternatives and negotiating competitive terms that meet their objectives.
  • Visit clients as appropriate, utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolving efficiently and raising concerns with the relevant team.
About You
  • You hold or are working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification, such as Dip CII or Cert CII.
  • You have a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance, with a solid understanding of the client market and insurance industry network.
  • You possess excellent client service focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships.
  • You are a skilled communicator, able to generate and drive new business through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are eligible to work in the UK and are committed to continually building your industry knowledge and seeking development opportunities.
