Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at BK Plus. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in building partnerships with management, providing hands-on advice on a range of people-related issues, and ensuring alignment with our organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to management on resolving people-related matters, including employment relations issues and policy implementation.
- Lead and resolve complex employment relations issues with confidence and expertise, promoting best practice and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to promote best practice and support the implementation of HR strategies.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business, providing timely and engaging information on various HR issues or updates.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies to align with business goals, including the creation of policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Offer guidance on the application of our policies and procedures, particularly in the context of integrating new teams.
Requirements:
- Strong background in providing HR support services, ideally within a business partner role in a rapidly growing or acquisitive environment.
- Confident in leading and resolving complex employment relations issues.
- Clear communicator, able to build relationships across all areas of the business.
- Self-driven to manage your own workload and set work priorities to meet deadlines.
- Promoter of best practices in HR, with a focus on integration and cultural alignment during acquisitions.
- Strong HR legislative knowledge.
- CIPD level 5 minimum.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing and able to travel across the UK as required.
- Excellent IT skills.
