We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with excellent problem-solving skills and experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure seamless operation of all machinery and equipment.
- Continuously improve plant performance, meeting site efficiency and performance standards.
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
- Provide technical support to colleagues and contribute to cross-functional teams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Relevant Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualifications.
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- HACCP Level 2 certification (desirable).
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday and discounted gym membership.
