Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our EMEA Rewards team. As a key member of our global benefits team, you will be responsible for managing all employee benefits across EMEA and APAC, including pensions, risk, wellbeing, perks, and health.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs across EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Evaluate and benchmark our benefits offering to ensure it remains competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure effective engagement and communication with the business.
- Resolve complex benefits queries and provide expert advice on employee benefits matters.
- Scope, design, and implement new benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage pension plans in various countries, ensuring compliance with changing legislation.
- Develop and implement effective processes to harmonize benefits across countries.
- Advise on all employee benefits matters and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Oversee the administration of benefit processes, including invoicing and vendor management.
- Contribute to various reward projects as appropriate.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in EMEA benefits management, with expertise in APAC benefits a plus.
- Pensions experience and ability to deliver on various employee benefits projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with global senior stakeholders.
- HR systems experience and ability to analyze data to inform benefits decisions.
What We Offer
A competitive salary between £80-110k depending on experience, plus benefits. Hybrid working arrangement with the option to work from our central London office. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
