We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager, Feasibility Strategy, to join our team at Bancroft School. This key leadership position will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by providing strategic insights on country selection and enrollment planning for high-priority global clinical trials.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading feasibility assessments for high-priority clients in support of proposal development for new business opportunities. They will also provide high-quality, accurate feasibility data and analysis to internal and external teams, ensuring timely and efficient production.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, develop, and performance-manage a team of feasibility coordinators, working closely with Director-level staff.
  • Workload Management: Prioritize workload, review work quality, and provide backup coverage during high-volume periods.
  • Feasibility Assessments: Lead feasibility assessments for high-priority clients, providing high-quality feasibility data and analysis to internal and external teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, medical, and regulatory submissions groups to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to the Medpace feasibility process, implement systems to ensure timely and accurate production, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in life sciences required, Master's or PhD preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of feasibility experience within a CRO.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven analytical thinker with great attention to detail.
  • Ledership Abilities: Proven ability to mentor and motivate more junior team members.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and translate it into meaningful recommendations.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks within tight timelines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
