The ideal candidate will have a varied and interesting workload, including projects such as student housing, housing associations, and private residential, education, blue light, heritage & conservation, and commercial projects.

This consulting firm is renowned for its expertise in the APC process, boasting a team of Chartered senior professionals dedicated to providing top-tier guidance and support.

For an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor seeking a more diverse project portfolio and superior APC support, this is an ideal opportunity to showcase skills and accelerate career growth.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:

  • A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Pre & Post Contract experience
  • MRICS or currently working towards & in need of additional support
  • The desire for a varied workload sector-wise, not sector-specific work

In return, the successful candidate can expect:
