Job Summary:

The role of a Private Client Lawyer at our law firm involves handling a diverse range of private client matters. As a skilled professional, you will possess expertise and familiarity with the following areas:

  • Estate and Care Fees Planning
  • Drafting and Writing Wills
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Trusts and their Administration
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments
  • Charitable Trusts
  • Deputyship

We support career development and are open to considering candidates currently pursuing STEP qualifications.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in private client law, particularly concerning wills, trusts, estates, and tax-related issues. The ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal oversight is crucial. Given the demanding nature of the role, strong organizational skills, initiative, and the capacity to meet deadlines are essential. Additionally, candidates should exhibit excellent client interaction skills, a professional appearance, and robust technical competence.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
