Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Will and Trust Specialist to join our team at Private Investigator Haverhill. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your expertise in private client law.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling a diverse range of private client matters, including estate and care fees planning, drafting and writing wills, and lasting powers of attorney
  • Developing and maintaining expertise in private client law, particularly concerning wills, trusts, estates, and tax-related issues
  • Independently managing a caseload with minimal oversight
  • Providing exceptional client interaction skills and a professional appearance

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in private client law
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal oversight
  • Excellent client interaction skills and a professional appearance
  • Robust technical competence

Salary: £62,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
