Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employment Advisor Specialist to join our team at Shaw Trust. As a key member of our Employer and Skills Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the performance of our Specialist Employment Services Contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage effective relationships with employers and localised networks to drive performance objectives.
  • Manage a team of Employer Engagement Leads and Vacancy Coordinators to provide employer engagement support.
  • Deliver sales tools, manage accounts, support recruitment initiatives, and drive participant employment outcomes.
  • Provide expert insights and guidance to support the performance of the contracts.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
  • Strong track record of successfully working to targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in successfully managing and progressing clients or customers to meet agreed goals and ambitions.
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders in providing exceptional customer progression routes.
