About the Role

Fugro is seeking a skilled Metocean Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our marine survey team, you will be responsible for conducting Metocean field engineering activities, contributing to high HSE standards, and ensuring the maintenance, testing, and preparation of Metocean equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and recover Metocean equipment
  • Conduct offshore client liaison
  • Contribute to high HSE standards
  • Maintain, test, and prepare Metocean equipment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Offshore experience on a variety of Metocean projects
  • Experience using Metocean equipment and proficient in setup and operation of commonly used sensors
  • Understanding of real-time data, data acquisition, and data QC
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Full driving license
