Job Title: CBT Therapist/Integrative Psychotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist or Integrative Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Priory Hospital Hayes Grove. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services to our patients, including individual and group sessions, and contributing to the development of our therapy programs.

About the Role:
  • Deliver CBT and integrative psychotherapy to patients with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual support to patients.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Priory Hospital Hayes Grove is a private 46-bed acute psychiatric hospital for adults, located on the edge of London in Hayes, Kent. We provide care and treatment for patients with a wide range of mental health issues, including addiction, eating disorders, and acute mental health conditions. Our hospital is situated close to excellent transport links to central London, Croydon, and Bromley areas, and parking is available locally.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £38,000-£44,000 pro rata (depending on experience).

Requirements:
  • Full professional registration and BACP, BABCP, or UKCP accreditation.
  • Minimum three years post-qualification experience of working with a range of adult or child and young people mental health issues.
  • Prior training and experience specific to CBT, CBT-e, DBT, or EMDR skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
