About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Sales Executive to join our sales team in London and the Home Counties. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manned guarding sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Industry experience in manned guarding sales
  • Strong knowledge of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Excellent client engagement and communication skills
What We Offer:
  • Annual salary of £45,000 + commission (1% to target, 1% bonus for hitting target, 2% above target)
