Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing key accounts team to deliver revenue growth and deepen customer relationships
- Define and execute sales strategies, including account development and coaching
- Redefine and enhance our corporate distribution strategy to drive maximum revenue and service
- Collaborate with IT, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to improve the customer booking journey
- Own and manage the end-to-end RFP process and align with the overall Travelodge commercial strategy
- Significant B2B sales experience with a strong track record of growth delivery through strategic account development in the hospitality or travel industry
- Technical savvy with a deep understanding of the technical distribution landscape
- Clear and concise communication style with the ability to translate complex topics into simple language
- Strong stakeholder engagement approach with the ability to persuade and convince
- Competitive salary and generous OTE
