The Role

We seek a highly experienced Digital Fashion Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our social media strategy, focusing on influencers as well as our own channels on Instagram and TikTok. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Content, you will be a pivotal part of ensuring the brand is represented in the best way while driving revenue through commercial partners.

Your role will also include supporting our PR strategy, ensuring a cohesive, impactful presence across all touchpoints. The main elements of the role are:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a data-driven, innovative social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Influencer Collaboration & Management: Create and lead the influencer collaboration strategy, managing relationships with a mix of VIPs, paid partnerships, and gifting.
  • PR Support: Collaborate with the PR agency to support key initiatives, including strategic activations and press opportunities.

You will use social listening tools and metrics to identify trends, track performance, and implement growth-focused tactics. You will also develop and implement new ways to engage and grow our audience in line with our brand's unique positioning.

  • A deep understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • 3+ years experience in social media management.
  • Experience working for a designer-led brand.
  • Proven experience in managing Instagram accounts with high engagement; knowledge of emerging TikTok trends and how to leverage them on brand.
  • Experience establishing an influencer network and a knack for spotting emerging talent who align with Rat & Boa.
  • Ability to create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that is innovative, data-informed, and results-oriented.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, brand identity, and storytelling, with the ability to produce visually captivating content.
  • Experience with social media metrics and tools for performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the brand's story authentically and persuasively.

A competitive salary is offered, estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, company pension, staff discount, continuous personal development, and medical cashback plan.
