Device Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Specialist to focus on laparoscopic devices in the North of Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, and Leicester territory.
This role offers a challenging opportunity for a driven sales professional to make their mark in a growing field by covering customers in their assigned geography and showcasing innovative products to key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and medical devices, with experience in operating theatres and excellent communication skills.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting products to consultants, operating theatre managers, and procurement teams in secondary care.
- Develop strategic plans to grow market presence and identify high-value opportunities in assigned territories.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that highlight brand value.
- Stay ahead of the competition by promoting adoption of latest technologies and capturing market share.
- Analyze data and customer strategies to drive sales initiatives.
Your Key Qualifications:
- Influential Communication: Strong skills in influencing and consulting with customers, setting you apart in building trust and partnerships.
- Sales Expertise: Prior medical devices sales experience, alongside good understanding and hands-on experience around how theatres operate.
- Product Knowledge: Keen interest or experience in clinical procedures and product knowledge.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with sales tools to effectively manage and track progress.
