">Job OverviewThe WYN Trust is seeking an experienced SEN teacher to join their team at one of their Outstanding-rated primary schools in Ealing.
">Key ResponsibilitiesAs an SEN teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs.
">- Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO, parents, and external agencies.
- Provide regular assessments and progress reports to track students' development and inform future teaching strategies.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child protection.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies, interventions, and legal frameworks.
