Job Summary

We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our support staff team in a school setting. The successful candidate will work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a welcoming school in Tower Hamlets.

Job Role

The Psychology Graduate will work in small groups and on a 1:1 basis with children, providing support and guidance tailored to their individual needs. The role involves employing functional communication and behavioural strategies to facilitate the students' engagement in class activities.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a 2:1 bachelor's degree in Psychology from a top UK university
  • Child-centered experience, particularly with children with SEN, is highly desirable
Benefits

The Psychology Graduate role offers a competitive salary of £480-£600 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis. The role is full-time and term-time only, commencing in September until the end of the academic year.
