About the Role:
We are seeking a caring and hardworking Autism Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a passion to make a meaningful impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with Autism in a Primary School setting
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Provide a safe and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow
Requirements:
- Psychology Graduate or equivalent experience
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
