We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer / Field Support Technician, you will be responsible for installing, refurbishing, and maintaining various types of technical equipment at client sites.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, including the ability to identify and fix hardware and software issues, as well as repair hardware devices.

This role involves daily visits to client locations, where you will conduct site surveys and audits to determine the requirements and specifications for installing or servicing retail/hospitality technical equipment and hardware.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The salary for this position is £27,057 per annum, plus an on-call supplement.
