Facilities Operations Manager

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a challenging leadership role in the FMCG industry? Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to oversee their dynamic team at their busy Coalville factory.
This role involves leading a small team during the day and a team of 10 during nights, with duties including completion of PPM activities, ensuring health and safety, reporting in the CMMS system, and participating in mechanical and electrical breakdowns and repairs.
To succeed as a Maintenance Team Leader, you must have previous experience in a similar role, a mechanical bias, manufacturing experience, and a Level 3 Engineering Qualification. You should also be physically fit due to the demanding nature of this job.
