Rheumatology Administration Professional

At Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, we are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Medical Rheumatology team as an administrative support specialist. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support to the department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative tasks within the rheumatology department
- Work closely with the medical secretary admin team, service, and assistant manager's general manager, CNS nurses, and consultants
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise workload, meet deadlines under pressure, and communicate with personnel at all levels of the organisation
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, or previous experience working within the NHS
- Recent NHS experience, customer service experience, and knowledge of patient administration systems (PAS)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum. Please note that the salary range may vary based on experience and qualifications.
