Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for identifying and creating opportunities for product solutions by developing strong relationships with end-user customers and material fabricators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Follow our sales growth strategy and sales priorities, linked with orders and profitability, while guiding and leading sales negotiations.
  • Build Relationships: Create strong and valuable relationships with final customers (e.g. retailers, hotels, petrol stations) and fabricators (e.g. printers, shop fitters) by providing technical and commercial support.
  • Brand Value: Gain successful specifications with final customers, designers, and architects to create brand value.
  • Training and Support: Train and support distributors through successful project management and product presentations.
  • Reporting and Data: Provide data and updates on planned trips, activities, and ensure professional reporting through detailed and consistent use of our CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence: Inform about important actions of our competitors and distributors, provide market information and statistics where necessary.
  • Exhibition Team: Participate in our exhibition teams in Europe and provide input for promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the UK display industry is desirable, but working with branded internal decorative product solutions is also interesting.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
  • Sales Background: Established, target-driven sales background is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Dynamic and outgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Highly professional with strong commercial acumen and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Autonomous, well-disciplined, and self-motivated with good organization and planning skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a thorough, results-oriented approach.
  • Financial Knowledge: A strong understanding of P & L.
