Job Title: Retail Assistant

Role Overview:

DCK Group is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team in Sheffield Abbeydale. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising our products, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise our products to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with fashion brands being a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44
  • Free jewellery, with a monthly allowance of £25-£55
  • Flexible working hours, with no weekend working
