Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Dakota Leeds. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu specifications, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent service and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef in a full-service restaurant.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
