**Job Summary**
The Microbiology Quality Control Technician role at Perrigo is a critical position that requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and health and safety protocols.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure adherence to local QCWI's and procedures, maintaining a high level of quality control in the laboratory.
- Understand and apply good hygiene, aseptic technique, and GMP principles to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Plan and organize tasks effectively, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of laboratory tasks and projects.
**Requirements**
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and Science as a minimum.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific subject or previous practical industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams.
