Job Summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Professional Support Lawyer to join our corporate team. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our corporate and commercial services division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the corporate team, providing expert support and guidance on legal matters.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of new laws and developments, ensuring fee earners are informed and up-to-date.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research, create and update templates and precedents to support the team's work.
  • Design and deliver technical training sessions for both internal and external clients, showcasing your creativity and expertise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prepare pitch documents and bids, leveraging your knowledge and skills to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a solicitor or legal executive, with a strong background in corporate law.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training and support, with a passion for creative and interactive delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
