About the Role:

Ashfords LLP is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our busy and highly regarded Corporate department in our Bristol office. As a Professional Support / Knowledge Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Corporate team, providing expert guidance on new laws and developments, and assisting with preparing internal and external briefing notes, undertaking legal research, and creating and updating templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Corporate team, ensuring fee earners are informed of new laws and developments.
  • Assist with preparing internal and external briefing notes, undertaking legal research, and creating and updating templates.
  • Work closely with our internal Learning and Development team to provide and organize technical training, including preparing seminars and sessions for both internal and external clients.
  • Develop and implement effective systems to organize your work and meet users' needs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified and experienced corporate lawyer from either a city or regional law firm.
  • Ability to understand and relate to internal and external clients' needs.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent client care.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to cope with pressures arising from handling multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.
  • Highly organized and with an eye for detail.
