As a Sales Advisor - Tech Support, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from clients and customers, working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations. You will explore customer needs and offer suitable products and services from the Currys website, guiding the customer through the sales journey while ensuring they are kept fully informed.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing inbound calls to the business from clients / customers' requests.

- Guiding the customer through the sales journey while ensuring they are kept fully informed.
- Building relationships with customers to ensure converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
- Delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- Maximise up selling opportunities while ensuring the customer has an informed choice.
- A commitment to providing great service.
- Customer Service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- To be driven with the desire to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- A passion for putting customers first and creating customers for life.
- A passion for tech.
- A previous sales experience would be desirable.
- IT literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently.
