Key Responsibilities:
- Creating sample reports to ensure quality standards are met
- Investigating non-conformances and ensuring prompt resolution
- Collaborating with Engineering and Research & Development teams to drive quality initiatives
- Serving as the department's representative to suppliers and ensuring effective communication
- Conducting department meetings, performance reviews, and driving further development initiatives
Requirements:
- Hands-on Quality Engineer with Automotive Industry experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
