**Job Description:**
Make a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities as a Care Support Specialist. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to engage in various activities, including going to the cinema and the zoo. The role involves encouraging independence, ensuring safety, and participating in community activities.
**Responsibilities:**
• Encourage independence and self-advocacy
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
• Participate in community activities and outings
• Support service users with daily living tasks and personal care
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service
**Requirements:**
• Resilience and ability to work in a challenging environment
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to perform personal care tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
