Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team in London. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members via various communication channels, including phone, live chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to all member queries across multiple platforms, providing clear and concise information and solutions to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including our bike offerings and subscription plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, warehouse, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Provide feedback to the team and management on areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance our services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and create solutions.
- Fluency in English and German, both verbally and in writing.
- At least 1 year of experience in a comparable customer support role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional days accrued for each year worked.
