Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our Starbucks Store in Peterhead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, customer service, and store cleanliness
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • 18 years or older
