Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our EG Group team at our Starbucks store in Peterhead. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift leaders to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or Team Leader in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
