Credit Control Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Control Team Leader to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of credit controllers in the efficient and effective collection of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of credit controllers to achieve collection targets and drive process improvements.
- Debt Management: Monitor and manage aged debt, implementing strategies to reduce overdue payments and improve cash flow forecasting.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, resolving disputes and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analysis on outstanding debts and cash flow forecasting to inform business decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and invoicing, and identify opportunities to improve credit control processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a Credit Control role, with leadership or supervisory experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
