Job Summary
We are looking for a Practice Manager who can provide leadership and support to our practice colleagues, ensuring we deliver high-quality patient care and drive practice growth. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to practice colleagues
- Drive practice growth and increase revenue opportunities
- Manage the day-to-day financial and logistical operations of the practice
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction
- Develop and implement business plans to drive practice growth
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with the practice team to achieve business objectives

Requirements
- Strong business and team leadership skills
- Commercially astute; sales, target and KPI driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CQC registered
- Excellent knowledge of CQC and compliance
- Competent in health and safety management, and dental compliance
