Join Our Financial Services Team

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Solicitor to join our Financial Services team at Yolk Recruitment. As a Financial Services Solicitor, you will represent a diverse array of clients, including banks, payment service providers, e-money institutions, mortgage lenders, insurers, brokers, managing general agents (MGAs), credit institutions, and pension providers.

This role involves delivering continuous regulatory and legal assistance to clients within the financial services sector. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Significant experience in financial services (private practice or in-house).
  • Strong contract drafting skills for financial services agreements.
  • Willingness to travel to London and Cardiff offices.
