Senior Financial Services Solicitor

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Regulatory Lawyer to join their team. As a Senior Financial Services Solicitor, you will represent a diverse array of clients, including banks, payment service providers, e-money institutions, mortgage lenders, insurers, brokers, managing general agents (MGAs), credit institutions, and pension providers.

This role requires significant experience in financial services, with a proven ability to provide technical advice on UK regulations. You will engage with crypto asset firms, independent financial advisors (IFAs), wealth managers, and placing agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice on UK regulations, including the Financial Services Acts and FCA Handbook.
  • Draft financial services agreements.
  • Build industry contacts and maintain client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and collaborative approach.
