We are seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Performance Manager to join our team in Swindon. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing operations within our factory, ensuring the efficient procurement of materials, goods, and services to meet production needs.

You will lead a team of buyers, attend supplier meetings to negotiate and strengthen relationships, and utilize SAP to streamline purchasing processes. The successful candidate will also focus on cost optimization, supplier performance, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in SAP Purchasing (MM module) and related supply chain functionalities
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation
