Clinical Pharmacology Bridge

Clinical pharmacology bridges preclinical data and new treatments for patients. As a Senior Clinical Project Manager at Fortrea, you will play a critical role in expanding our Phase 1b studies work. We are looking for a motivated problem-solver and creative thinker who shares our passion for overcoming barriers in clinical trials.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to drive our mission forward. In this role, you will lead global project teams to manage client and internal communications, timeliness, scope, risk, cost, and quality to ensure project deliverables and core metrics are achieved.

  1. Deliver Excellence: Foster collaboration across a diversity of teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
  2. Drive Cross-Functional Teamwork Success: Apply your expertise to predict, identify, and mitigate risks, ensuring key milestones and metrics align with both Fortrea and client goals.
  3. Serve as Escalation Point: For project issues to client, internal teams, and vendors.
  4. Financial Performance: Achieve financial targets by managing budgets, forecasting, revenue recognition, profit margins, and negotiation of change orders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive clinical research expertise in a CRO or biopharmaceutical company, including at least 2 years of full regional/global oversight as a clinical Project Manager.
  • Financial Acumen & Change Orders: Strong international Phase I-III study budget management skills, with experience in forecasting, revenue recognition, and change order development and negotiation.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and manage globally dispersed teams and vendors, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and achieving core project milestones.
  • Risk Management: Expertise in critical path analysis and risk mitigation plans.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £70,000-£90,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
