Chief Beverage Strategist

We are looking for a talented Chief Beverage Strategist to join our team and develop a comprehensive beverage strategy that drives business growth and revenue increase.

• This role involves leading the implementation of our beverage strategy, collaborating with our partners and stakeholders, and developing new drinks and training programs.
• You will work closely with our beverage academy team and extract coffee roasters to deliver high-quality results and enhance customer experience.
• Your main objective will be to embody our company values and represent our brand to our customers, partners, and suppliers.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive beverage strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders, including regular communication and collaboration.
• Motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional results, ensuring a fun and engaging work environment.

• You should have SACA certification or equivalent experience in the coffee and beverage industry.
• A strong understanding of workflow, customer experience, and drink development is essential.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are necessary to effectively manage your team and collaborate with stakeholders.

• A competitive salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum.
