About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Sous Chef to join our team at Scattergoods Agency. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and cooking of high-quality food for our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food service
  • Develop and implement new recipes and culinary techniques
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end culinary environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
