**Job Overview**

As a Senior Space Systems Engineer at EVONA, you will be responsible for leading the systems engineering process for our space-based projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • **Technical Leadership**: Guide the technical architecture, optimize design for cost and performance, and ensure successful system integration.
  • **Team Management**: Mentor junior engineers, manage technical budgets, and contribute to the overall mission success.
  • **System Design**: Oversee technical planning, system design, and architecture for space systems.
  • **Simulation and Testing**: Conduct simulations, develop test methods, and support spacecraft operations.
  • **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and reliability.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in space systems engineering, with expertise in propulsion, guidance, navigation, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in tools like STK, MATLAB, or Simulink.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in full product lifecycle development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
