Corrigenda Group Limited is seeking a talented Contract Administrator to join our team in Portsmouth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing customer service requests, acting as first line support for clients, and delivering exceptional customer service via various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client requests via telephone, email, or online portals
  • Responding to phone calls in a timely manner and directing calls/taking messages accordingly
  • Liaising with customers on job progress and providing feedback
  • Liaising with external contractors
  • Generating jobs on the Corrigenda CAFM system
  • Coordinating works in progress and relaying instructions to engineers
  • Processing and inputting worksheet information correctly onto our system
  • Liaising with contract managers and engineers for effective communication
  • Contributing to implementing new working methods and participating in continuous improvement
  • Updating client portals
  • Raising and issuing purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
  • Assisting with arranging site access & appointment bookings with clients

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a front-line customer advisor/helpdesk role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Attention to detail and IT literacy
