">To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience of using Primavera P6 across all stages of the project life cycle. You should also have a strong understanding of schedule quality metrics such as DCMA 14-point, and associated tools. Additionally, you will need to have experience of Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis, and associated tools.
">In terms of your background, you will have substantial experience of projects within the construction industry worth £1m – £100m, with an understanding of the construction market, methods of construction, plant, equipment, and labour requirements. You should also have experience in working with NEC contracts, including a strong understanding of the various forms of tender documents, contract documents and specifications.
">You will be a skilled communicator and team player, able to mentor or act as a technical expert within a team of planners at various competency levels. Furthermore, you will need to hold Sole UK National with SC (Security Clearance), or be able to obtain SC. A degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering, construction or project management related discipline is also essential, as is industry qualifications such as APM.
