About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience of using Primavera P6 across all stages of the project life cycle. You should also have a strong understanding of schedule quality metrics such as DCMA 14-point, and associated tools. Additionally, you will need to have experience of Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis, and associated tools.

In terms of your background, you will have substantial experience of projects within the construction industry worth £1m – £100m, with an understanding of the construction market, methods of construction, plant, equipment, and labour requirements. You should also have experience in working with NEC contracts, including a strong understanding of the various forms of tender documents, contract documents and specifications.

">

You will be a skilled communicator and team player, able to mentor or act as a technical expert within a team of planners at various competency levels. Furthermore, you will need to hold Sole UK National with SC (Security Clearance), or be able to obtain SC. A degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering, construction or project management related discipline is also essential, as is industry qualifications such as APM.
