We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group Reporting Analyst to join our team at Jaguar & Land Rover. As a key member of our Group Reporting & Accounting team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of our global financial accounting and driving excellence within our financial reporting process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the external financial reporting process, including the production of Group consolidated financial statements under IFRS for year-end and quarter-end.
  2. Utilize your commercial knowledge to understand and challenge results and disclosures.
  3. Prepare complex and high-profile financial disclosures, including cash flow statements, alternative performance measures, financial instruments, tax, and pensions.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements and controls excellence, leveraging financial reporting tools and automation to generate efficiencies in reporting processes and reviews.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and parent company financial reporting team, managing deliverables and responding robustly to queries and challenges.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a financial reporting role within a large multi-national business.
  2. Expertise in IFRS and experience in producing and reviewing complex financial statements under IFRS.
