Job Description

The successful candidate will provide expert support in delivering projects safely and efficiently, while adhering to regulatory requirements. This involves:

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with Project Managers/Engineers to prepare accurate site files, focusing on Health and Safety protocols.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of site activities, detailing progress, changes, and any associated challenges.
  • Safeguarding labour welfare by supervising on-site personnel and coordinating their activities according to contractual stipulations.
  • Evaluating labour resource usage, ensuring optimal supply of labour and approved equipment from subcontractors.
  • Preparing comprehensive updates for clients, outlining proposed resolutions for emerging issues and ongoing project developments.
Requirements
  • A deep understanding of relevant fire protection standards, including BS EN 12845, BS9251:2021, and LPS1048.
  • Effective management of on-site labour and resources, guided by established best practices.
  • A proven track record of successfully navigating diverse project environments.
Compensation
  • A salary range of £60,000 - £75,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • A complete benefits package, incorporating 25 days annual leave, pension contribution, life insurance, and a typical full-time working schedule of 40 hours weekly.
