Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contractor Payroll Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the contractor payroll market.

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, a strong understanding of the software industry, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with our CRO and other internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives and drive business growth.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the contractor payroll market.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the CRO and other internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Managing multiple sales processes simultaneously, ensuring a seamless journey from prospecting to deal closure.

  • Proven track record in software sales, ideally within contractor payroll-related industries.
  • Strong sales skills, including negotiation, communication, and relationship-building.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
