The Loch Lomond Arms is a luxurious 17th century coaching inn that offers a unique blend of elegance and accessibility. Located at the entrance to the Scottish Highlands, our hotel, bar, and restaurant provide a tranquil retreat for those seeking a luxurious getaway.

Our Accommodations

We offer 15 elegantly designed rooms in the hotel and 5 self-accommodation cottages, each providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our guests.

Our Team

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8 chefs in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 8 chefs in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
  • Source and procure the finest Scottish produce, including beef, lamb, and venison, from local farms and game teams
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Benefits

This role comes with an equal share of the tips, which equates to roughly £3000 per year.
